Return & Refund Policy
At TheNextFrag, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal desk mats and tech gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests made after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be in new, original condition (unused, unwashed, and without any damage).
- The item must be in its original packaging with all protective wraps and tags intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email receipt).
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you. Please see our Shipping Policy for reporting transit damage.
- Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fees: TheNextFrag does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@thenextfrag.com with your order number.
- Once authorized, we will provide the return shipping address for our Coalport, PA studio. Please note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3 business days), we will email you to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original payment method immediately.
- Refund Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
