Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? All of our desk mats are personally inspected and shipped from our Pennsylvania workshop in Coalport. This ensures every item meets our high standards before it reaches you.

How much does shipping cost? We offer a simple flat rate of $4.95 USD for orders under $50.00. All orders over $50.00 qualify for Free Standard Shipping. For a full breakdown of delivery times, please visit our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take to get my order? Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days. This includes a 1–3 day handling period at our Pennsylvania studio and 3–5 days in transit with USPS or UPS.

Orders & Returns

Can I return my desk mat if I change my mind? Yes. We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. For instructions on how to start a return, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged? We pack our mats securely, but if your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@thenextfrag.com immediately. We will provide a pre-paid replacement as per our Shipping Policy guidelines.

Payments & Security

Product Care

How do I clean my TheNextFrag desk mat? For our high-density cloth mats, we recommend a light wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing to preserve the micro-woven surface and natural rubber base.
