At TheNextFrag, we personally inspect and package every desk mat from our Pennsylvania workshop to ensure it arrives flat and flawless. By shipping directly from our studio, we maintain a strict quality standard for every piece of gear.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
To keep your checkout experience simple and transparent, we use flat-rate shipping based on your order total. All timelines below refer to business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
3. Order Tracking
Transparency is key to a great experience. As soon as your order is handed off to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
4. Transit Damage
Desk mats are durable, but they can occasionally be affected by rough handling during transit. If your mat arrives with creases, tears, or surface defects, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy immediately. We provide full support and replacements for items damaged during shipping.
